The Employees’ Choice Awards (ECA) program honours organizations within Canada’s National Capital Region that recognize employees as their greatest asset.
This is the National Capital Region’s only employee-driven awards program. By registering your organization for this employee engagement survey, you can determine how your employees feel about their jobs; from working conditions to benefits, and leadership to compensation.
We compile the results and present them to you in a meaningful way, to showcase your organizations key strengths and the engagement opportunities available. Your employees direct responses will lead to this summary report that will help you define actions that can lead to sustainable growth and long-term success.
From all of the participating organizations, we determine the top workplaces in the National Capital Region, and honour them at a cocktail ceremony. Recipient organizations work with imagination and conviction to create organizational value and business results through their policies and best practices in human resource management.
Overall, the selection, recognition and awarding of the Employees’ Choice Awards allows organizations to demonstrate why they are an ideal place for employees to work.
