Ottawa-based mineral exploration company Stria Capital has raised $150,000 through a private placement, the company has announced.
The deal saw Stria issue 405,405 flow-through shares at a price of 37 cents each.
The majority of the shares, just under $100,000-worth, were purchased by directors and officers of Stria.
Stria had operated as a capital pool company until mid-December when it purchased mineral rights for a property along James Bay in North Quebec. The company plans to continue mineral exploration at the site.
