Borden Ladner Gervais LLP has appointed two new lawyers to its team. Mathieu Soqué joins the firm’s corporate commercial team from Deloitte. Jason Mueller-Neuhaus joins from Cassan Maclean, and will be working in intellectual property.
Clearford Industries Inc. has appointed Kevin Loiselle as president and CEO. Mr. Loiselle joined the firm in 2011. Former CEO Bruce Linton will continue as a member of the board and special advisor for strategic markets.
Eagle Professional Resources Inc. has appointed Terry Power as president. Mr. Power spent more than seven years as the Canadian leader of one of the world’s largest staffing and HR solutions firms.
Focus Graphite Inc. has appointed Benoit Lafrance as vice-president of exploration. Mr. Lafrance has a background in mineral exploration.
