Hoyoung Huh has been appointed to Jennerex Inc.'s board of directors. Mr. Huh is currently chairman of BiPar Sciences Inc., an independent wholly owned subsidiary of Sanofi-aventis, and chairman of Epizyme Inc. While president and chief executive officer of BiPar Sciences, he led a $500-million merger in April 2007 with Sanofi-aventis. He was previously a member of the board of directors, chief operating officer, and head of the PEGylation business unit at Nektar Therapeutics. Mr. Huh holds an MD from Cornell University Medical College, a PhD in genetics and cell biology from the Cornell University/Sloan-Kettering Institute, and a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Dartmouth College.
Louis Payant has joined PIKA Technologies Inc. as its head of product development. Mr. Payant has more than 35 years of experience in the creation of telecommunication solutions for the enterprise and software development leadership and methodology for emerging companies. Prior to PIKA Technologies, Mr. Payant held the role of CTO and vice-president of R&D at N-able Technologies. Before that, he founded Norlite Technology in 1986 and Vienna Systems in 1996.
