Building Ottawa's next baseball team

When Duncan MacDonald first took the helm of the Ottawa Fat Cats two seasons ago, he set out to minimize its reliance on a winning team and good weather to fill seats - a dependence, he believes, that contributed to the failures of past ball clubs in the city.
