Ottawa finishes second for best airport in North America

The Ottawa International Airport has finished second for the distinction that made it the best airport in North America in terms of passenger satisfaction a year ago.

The Indianapolis airport overtook Ottawa to take the 2012 version of the prize, handed out by industry organization Airports Council International. Ottawa finished first in 2011.

ACI awards the prizes based on thousands of surveys completed by passengers before they board their flights at airports around the world.
