Description
Lise Hebabi is a Senior Consultant with the Intersol Group. Her area of expertise is organizational and group dynamics, and she is also a Certified Professional Facilitator with the International Association of Facilitators. She has been active in organizational development consulting, human resources and facilitation since 1988. Her practice areas include change management, strategic planning, team development, conflict transformation, and communication skills training and coaching.
Lise is passionate about helping groups engage in powerful dialogue that strengthens their individual and collective ability to succeed. Her educational background and experience make her particularly effective in helping groups navigate through sensitive issues where there are divergent points of view.
