Triple G Systems wins British contract

Markham, Ont.-based Triple G Systems Group, Inc. announced Wednesday a deal to supply its laboratory management software to the Wirral Hospitals NHS Trust in the U.K.

Wirral is one of the largest non-teaching acute general hospitals in the United Kingdom.

Triple G will provide the ULTRA General Lab, Microbiology, Cellular Pathology and Transfusion Medicine software modules, in addition to numerous system and analyser interfaces.

"We are very pleased to have concluded this contract with such a significant healthcare facility in the United Kingdom," Chris Spence, managing director of Europe, said in a release. "Given the increasing demand for Triple G's products and services in Europe, we will continue to expand our operations to support our growth in the area."
