The Utility Company said it’s landed a strategic partnership that will see it becoming the exclusive preferred supplier of managed IT services to the 37,500 members of the association.
“We look forward to working with the CBA to educate the legal community in Canada on the importance of technology and its strategic value for law firms, along with 21st-century IT service and support models,” said Mark Scott, president of The Utility Company, in a statement.
The company scored the pact under the CBA’s Preferred Supplier Program, which leverages corporate partnerships to provide savings to the Canadian legal community.
The CBA said it selected The Utility Company after a competitive bid process and evaluation of several national providers over a six-month period.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
