These antennas will be used for oil and gas exploration, military communication and disaster management, the Ottawa firm stated.

Some of the antennas have shipped already, with the balance expected to be delivered by the end of this month.

"The Russian market continues to contribute significantly to C-COM's revenue stream and is an important and rapidly growing market for our company" stated CEO Leslie Klein.

"Russian customers value the cost effectiveness and high reliability of our iNetVu antenna systems which, in many instances, are deployed to deliver life-saving communication solutions."

In March, C-COM said industry acceptance of the versatility of these antenna systems propelled the firm to record fiscal year revenues.
