Kinaxis technology is being used by a California-area company. Masimo Corp., which provides medical devices, will use Kinaxis' supply chain planning software to manage Masimo's growing operations. Financial and other contractural terms were not disclosed.
Medical Data Carrier IM Inc. is working with StopConcussions.com, which is based in Toronto. The companies will provide an information package with a StopConcussions.com information key tag inside of it. The package attaches to the left side of a helmet and includes medical information for emergencies. The companies did not release financial information related to the deal.
Fiberail, a Malaysian company that provides telecommunications backbone to companies in the country, will expand its use of BTI Systems technology. Fiberail chose BTI's optical networking platform amid an expansion of Ethernet services to operators and financial organizations, as well as to Thailand and Singapore. The amount of the contract was not released.
Promaxis Systems recently received two large deals from the Department of National Defence. The technical and IT consulting services firm was awarded $312,241 for weapon-related engineering and technical services, as well as $177,271 for marine equipment, according to published federal records.
