According to the original solicitation, Treasury Board is seeking to create human resources tools for a common human resources business process as well as projects in official languages, talent management and compensation and labour relations.
The standing offer is for a year with the option to extend for two more one-year periods.
Bidders for the project had to be pre-qualified as Tier 2 Task Based Informatics Professional Services providers.
