A proposed nine-storey condo development in Westboro is moving closer to receiving city approval.
On Dec. 10, the city’s planning committee voted to increase the maximum building height at the 236 Richmond Rd. site from six storeys to nine.
The committee did make one change to a recommendation from city staff calling for the project to be approved. The building will now be required to have its top two storeys set back along its entire east side.
